The popular flight tracking website FlightAware exposed users’ personal and professional information, including their physical addresses, what aircraft they owned, pilot status, and what flights they viewed, according to a data breach notification shared with 404 Media.
Many hobbyists and professional pilots use FlightAware to track flights and monitor air traffic. FlightAware is requiring users to reset their passwords, according to the notification.
