The FOIA Forum is a livestreamed event for paying subscribers where we talk about how to file public records requests and answer questions. If you're not already signed up, please consider doing so here.

Recently we had an extra-special FOIA Forum, which wasn't really about FOIA at all. It was all about PACER, the U.S. court records system, with the world's PACER expert Seamus Hughes. You can watch an archive of the session, where Hughes gave a nearly unfathomable amount of precious PACER knowledge, below. Thank you to all the folks who showed up and asked really thoughtful questions, as always. And thank you to our subscribers who make this possible!

Hughes showed us how to dig up search warrant applications, find interesting cases, discover ones that were just unsealed, and so much more. If you are a journalist, researcher, or curious citizen, I cannot stress how valuable this session was.

Check out all of our FOIA Forum archives here, and the video of this recent session below.
