We're excited to share an archive of our second FOIA Forum, which we had a blast doing last week. For the uninitiated, FOIA Forum is a subscribers-only perk where we talk about our strategies for filing public records requests, take questions from folks watching, and help our readers file public records requests in real time.
In this episode, we discussed how Jason reported this feature on pickleball, and how Joseph was able to pry documents and contracts for surveillance companies from local governments. We also discussed the differences between UK and US transparency laws, talked about how to structure a request, and just generally had a wonderful time.
